Scalable Timber enchantment

The ability to combine timber enchantment books to level it up to add an ability to have leaves drop when it is applied to a silk touch tool would be great. But more importantly a way to make it so the slowed break of logs is removed that causes players with ping to have to re break the log multiple times.
