Silo square overhaul

Spawn has like no one besides some people. But the main reasons to go to spawn are jackos, fabricks, cosmos, enchanting (buying books) and badger. But why not add some player booths in silo square. This would allow players to rent out shops in silo square and other places for ex next to badger

Players can rent out a small booth for x amount of rubies. Then they could choose what items to sell/trade

Players can set the amount of rubies for an item, for ex you could sell rocket boots for 4.5k there. Or if players want to they could set an item to trade. So a bow skin for a sword skin.

This would encourage players to go to spawn more often, wouldn’t it be cool to see lots of players walk around spawn?

Finally, players could rent areas next to badger and jackos and sell crops or badger items. Though these stalls would be super expensive to rent daily.
