Small Dripleaf placement

let us place small dripleaf in more blocks, such as grass/dirt/sand

its really easy to do it, since its possible even with small datapacks as there is a block tag named "#small_dripleaf_placeable” this really is something SMALL but would enhance and make a lot of building possibilities… please ;w; i need it so bad…..
