Spooky and festive mob nametagging.

As the title suggests, certain event mobs, namely the vanilla ones and wraith are unable to be nametagged. attempting to do so with the mob will consume the tag as though it has worked, but the name is not visible. As a result of this, I have wasted several capture nets and spooky serums as the mobs despawn without the name tag. This has meant that I have been unable to finish my event museum, as the mobs cannot be preserved.
