timed out

Hello. I'm writing this because I'm having trouble connecting to the game. When I logged into Origin Realms today, I suddenly spawned on a black screen, and after a certain amount of time, the message "timed out" appeared and I was kicked out of the game. I can't log in. Please respond quickly.
