Treasure Enchant Rework

As of now finding treasure enchants isn’t very fun. Finding a book feels like a stab in the dark. Players can spend hours looking but just get bad luck and can’t find them.

As a solution I propose a new resource, lost pages.

Each treasure enchant would have a lost page associated with it. Lost pages spawn in chests instead of their associated treasure enchant but they are way more common.

Combine some of the same lost pages with 1 leather to make the associated treasure enchant. The amount of lost pages needed would be lower on enchants players need a lot of, like mending and siphon, but you’d need more lost pages to make auto-smelt and timber, enchants players normally only need one or two of.

This way players would get lost pages gradually so they could see their process towards the treasure enchant, and feel they are making progress, but the rarity of the enchant would remain the same.

I think this is a great feature that would encourage exploration and reduce a lot of frustrations many players, myself included have had when looking for treasure enchants.

Right now finding treasure enchants is like instead of diamond ore dropping diamonds, it has a 10% chance to drop a diamond block. Making treasure enchants require lost pages to craft would bring enchanting in line with vanilla progression.
