Unable to join OR

this may only happen to me, so there may be no fix.

Excuse me, but whenever I try to join the game, it keeps me in the loading box where you first spawn in, and if I try to do anything, it disconnects me and says, "Timed Out". could you help me with this? I have already tried restarting my computer.
