Unable to withdraw Shamrock Balloon from Wardrobe

I recently unboxed a Shamrock Balloon finish and put both the Balloon and finish into the Wardrobe.

I’m able to withdraw the Finish but not the Shamrock Balloon itself. I go into the Wardrobe, into the Balloon Tab and the Shamrock Balloon’s background is green like it should be unlocked. I’m able to equip it but trying to withdraw it plays the same sound as trying to withdraw a locked cosmetic. I tested this on another Balloon and was able to withdraw it like normal, so this might only be effecting newer cosmetics.
