Usage of /msg command in the nether starts sending errors in chat

Steps to replement:

1. Go to the nether
2. Use /msg command
3. Get errors in chat

If you will go back to the overworld via portal, the bug will continue. Switching to another server (realm/spawn etc.) fixes the bug.

Other commands which were notices with that issue: /shout /ad
