Please no! Placing ambrosium in every source block in a realm is a diabolical idea. That’s without mentioning areas that need to stay dark for Spawner rooms. The reason frostwalker was initially disabled is because people used to deliberately grief realms and disrupt item water streams. Please don’t bring this back.

You don’t need to ambrossium every block. Only the ones that are reachable with frostwalker.
Frostwalker activation is actually quite particular.
You must be standing on the same y level and be within a certain distance of water.
For instance if I stood at the shore of a sea only the very few infront of me could be affected by frostwalker. There’s no need to ambrossium everything. The benefits that visitors having frostwalker vastly outstrip the negative.
You also don’t need to ambrossium every block, you can also use alternatives like: glass panes, signs, pickles, or half slabs.
The only difference would be slightly more time investment which would be totally worth it
