Player spawn/new menu shop's

Feature Request

I’ve twice opened a mall in my realm. It was hard to maintain but it gathered the community into a space to run stores and buy things. I sadly did have to shut down both versions but a version at spawn may help move more people to spawn. Not sure how that would work fully but a way for players to own small little plots at spawn to have shops at. It could also be its own area instead of spawn.

    Shop/Chest Shop Blocks

    The server is largely driven by the economy. However, there is no way of selling stuff to other players besides the AH (which is a mess without the ability to search). Adding chest shops (which could still be taxed like the AH) would alleviate AH clutter and allow people to sell bulk items easier.
